YM33_T2T: This is the database of YM33_T2T.
WHEAT SINGLE CELL ATLAS: we performed single nuclei RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) and ATAC sequencing (snATAC-seq) in wheat root to study the asymmetric gene transcription, discover cell differentiation trajectories and cell type specific gene regulatory networks.
Protein-Protein Interaction in Wheat Inflorescence: We curated and presented a comprehensive dataset focusing on protein-protein interactions during Double Ridge Stage (DRS) and Floret Primordium Stage (FPS). Interactions are based on high-throughput Y2H; further validation is required.
